The Archive is the creative practice of Lauren Grier — a visual strategist and designer building systems, campaigns, and digital experiences.
“I’m Lauren Grier, a creative strategist, brand therapist, and the woman who somehow turned a 2013 Tumblr into a full-blown career strategy. The Archive is a strategy-led creative practice born out of my obsession with aesthetics, human behavior, and the question: why do people love what they love? I’ve spent the last decade helping fashion, wellness, and lifestyle brands look good and make sense.
I’m Atlanta-based, Taurus sun / Leo moon / Scorpio rising, and loyal to my morning coffee, my husband Justin, and my dogs, Luka + Jett. My background runs deep through digital marketing, brand strategy, and creative direction, which basically means I curate + design things that look good and actually work.
Before I ran my own studio, I helped lead digital campaigns for brands like Target, Walmart, ANDMORE (formerly AmericasMart), and now partner with STRIPT and Therapy for Black Girls.
When I’m not behind my laptop, I’m reading my Kindle, walking the Beltline, rearranging my living room, pretending to know everything about true crime, or adding something unnecessary to my Notion board.”
